Our hosting and processing framework supports GDPR safeguards, a Data Processing Agreement on request, user-deletion workflows and CCPA/CPRA data-processing obligations.
App data and backups use AES-256 encryption at rest. Data in transit uses TLS 1.2+, while secrets and API credentials are isolated through cloud KMS.
The underlying environment includes 24/7/365 SOC monitoring with SIEM, OWASP-aligned internal and third-party penetration testing, and an active bug bounty programme.
Security scans check exposed secrets, access-rule gaps, vulnerable dependencies through SCA, and insecure code patterns through SAST, with findings explained before fixes are applied.
Enterprise workspaces can add organisational SSO, SCIM provisioning, IP allowlisting, security-centre oversight and detailed audit logs.
Payment data stays with certified processors
Payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-certified providers. Sensitive cardholder data is not stored by Ci Flow or its hosting infrastructure.
These certifications cover the underlying hosting platform and do not constitute a separate certification of every Ci Flow customer configuration or use case. Secure operation also depends on application access rules and customer governance. Some advanced controls are available only on enterprise infrastructure plans.
